Refund policy

At Best Wishes Fur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please carefully review the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Any item that shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for return.
  • Products purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

Return Process:

Contact us: Please email our customer service team at services-us@bestwishesfur.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Shipping the Return: Please ship your item back to the address provided, and make sure to include the RMA number inside the package.

Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective item.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at services-us@bestwishesfur.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, either by issuing a replacement or a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at services-us@bestwishesfur.com for further assistance.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and final clearance items are not eligible for return.
